12. Refund and Cancellation Policy

12.1 Refunds:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Users residing in certain jurisdictions, such as the European Union, United Kingdom, or Turkey, may be eligible for a refund if cancellation is requested within 14 days of purchase ("cooling-off period"), provided the service has not been used beyond the trial or preview.

13. Copyright Policy (DMCA Notice)

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in Delaware, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the infringement claim.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

13.3 Repeat Infringers: We reserve the right to terminate user accounts that are found to repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others.
